I should add that ROSA editor Sandra Long is a powerful woman in politics in her own right. As Deputy Secretary of the Maryland Department of Commerce, she oversaw tech, investment, entrepreneurship, and other development to the effect of enormous job growth for the state. I expect Rosa will go on to be make waves in the national conversation.
